Seeding the Alexander Technique in your daily activities

Designed to get you a bit of experience with the Alexander Technique. This short course may not fix your issues like back pain or knee pain but you'll see how learning the technique can benefit your health and other situations. 

Total of 3 lessons (within 1 month) to complete the Trial course. 


Mini-Trial (30min x 3)
Get basic idea of AT
Get experiences of standard AT lessons
Including 2 procedures: Sitting on and out of a chair, Monkey

Full-Trial  (60min x 3)
Consultation
Get basic idea of AT
Get experiences of standard AT lessons
Including 2 procedures: Sitting on and out of a chair, Monkey
Table work at every sessions


Here's the outline of the three lessons. 

Process #1
Check conditions and problems (if you have)
Learn about 5 principles of AT and observe tendencies/habits through chair work and table work
+Table work for 60min session

Process #2
Recognize habits and changes in 1st week
Continue to work on tendencies/habits through chair work
Learn half-squat(called "Monkey") which is a useful tool in daily activities
+Table work for 60min session

Process #3
Observe changes which happen in 2 weeks
Review for Chair work, Monkey
Talk about UP and Base
Table work
